how can we improve the latency so that it can be copied more quickly? should we run both tradingview and MT4 on VPS?

You may opt for a VPS to improve latency where your ping (between the MetaTrader terminal and your broker) may reduce from about 100-300ms to 1-5ms. Kindly note that you will need to run only MT4/5 on the VPS. TradingView does not need to run/be open on the VPS, and you may manage the alerts on your personal computer/tablet.

Could we use it to trade on another platform like pocket option or binary option platform

Hi Columbus, with the current setup, you may only automate your TradingView strategy on MetaTrader with PineConnector. Other platforms such as pocket option and binary option platforms are not supported.
