Its options available in Autocad 2016 or Later versions.. This setting may be different In another option or toolbar in Autocad 2014...

Select all entities.. Take 3D rotate command. Select xy rotate circle ( Red circle) Make sure orthomode is ON (F8) Then click upper side ..

I using professional entry level graphics ..but you can use basic & powerfull GPU in same price ... Like .. Amd rx570 4gb ddr5 Nvidia GT 1050ti 4Gb ddr5

Thats means your extrude entity not region or join

No idea about $ costing.. Intel / ryzen both are good.. Choose any one as you like.. I recommend go with Ryzen 4th gen or intel 9th gen (F)

Dear, that's wile i mention their 2 images .. Left side is model which is i create in Autocad of right side original image.. . when you see advertising of any product. So You can buy only product, not product with advertiser .. Don't expect this.. Then don't say them "you are showing roll model with this product now i want both..
