Bad idea the water metter will run faster.its better to fix pump after the tank.that ur bill will be high.

I have this kind of pump but the pump stay on with all close faucet. The pump stop if I cut the water entry but dont stop when it on. I have to turn off because the impeller housing went too hot that I have to spray water to cooldown the temperature. Please help me

I have installed this very same system back in 1996, the actuator I had to change it couple of years ago but the pump still working perfectly since day one!!
