The most curious thing happened. during training of my AI with 10-12 invoices, it was able to detect the values in the invoice just fine. But when I ran the flow, suddenly its dropping some values. In this case, its the line items in the invoice. Out of 50 rows, 3-4 were dropped. Its so strange. I did not choose any other invoice, I kept using the same one for consistency.
