It looks cool, Will this tool be open-sourced to look over the tool's security aspects and will it be able to be built from source?

As the things stand the tool won't be open-source. The "Alpha" version is open-source github.com/zarkones/XENA, however the project did not benefit from being open-source. At some point I rewrote the whole thing from 5 programming languages to only Golang and made it closed-source.

Very cool. Good point with the dos-ing you can inadvertently cause when using a tool for bug bounties. To remain professional you should probably tune down the request rates haha.

After running any pipeline tools it give me error "Error while deserializing the pipeline: unexpected end of JSON input"

The Alpha version of XENA is open-source github.com/zarkones/XENA . Feel free to run the tool in a container or virtual machine if you have any concerns. Cheers.
