If I have ratings (numbers between 1-10) for several categories and I want to get the total of all rated categories, how do I do this? Example: (Performance, appearance, game management, foul recognition) if the rating is 10, 5, 6, 8, how can I get the calculation of these, 29?

Hi @samiryasa8040, To do that, you can follow the same as demonstrated on this video. You can use multiple Single Choice fields for the rating selection, then assign calculation values to each options in each field. Here's how to do that: www.jotform.com/help/301-how-to-assign-calculation-value/. After that, you can add the Form Calculation widget to calculate all those fields, just like as shown in the 1:47 mark of this video. Give it a try and let us know if you have more questions.

Is there a way for the dollar sign to automatically appear in the calculating field?

You can include any string like a dollar sign $ by typing it directly in the calculation formula. Just make sure its format stays in string (A-Z) so it will output as is. Just click on the character or number if you want to switch their formats between calculation (0-9) or string (A-Z). I'm having an issue. I have 4 drop down menus the customer chooses a length & I'd like them to be calculated in the total bar. All my fields are duplicated but the total just isn't correct. I am making the form on my cellphone and I do not see the calculator on the right.

I just tried this out and it seems the calculated subtotal value is able to be changed by the user. If I'm using this to show a calculated price based quantity, why would it be editable? What element would I need in order to make it display without being changeable by the user?

Hi @elibessudo, You can make the calculation field result read only so it is not editable. Let me show you how to do that: 1. In Form Builder, click on the Calculation field then the Wand icon to open its widget settings. 2. In Widget Settings, click on the three dots under the numbers to show more options. 3.
