Right Stuff Equipment is your source for packaging automation. In this video we feature automated an automate case packing system. A case case erector, case packing station, Case sealer followed by a labeler and direct case printing completes the case. A robotic palletizer and pallet conveyor moves the palletized unit out once the pallet is completed. Not shown in this video is the automated stretch wrapping.
RSE employed Little David erectors and tapers, RSE conveyors, Markem Image printers, Fanuc robots, Alba pallet conveyors and Lantech stretch wrapping. The master control panels to manage the entire set were developed in house at Right Stuff Equipment.
