This packaging line consists of a laning conveyor, rinsing machine and automatic bottle corker. The machinery will be integrated with an existing filling machine and a labeler to create a complete packaging line.
The laning conveyor offers an alternative solution for loading bottles onto the main conveyor of a packaging line. This loading option is often used when bottles are non-round or difficult to orient in a bottle unscrambler. Bottles are loaded onto a table and placed into lanes to create rows of bottles for delivery to the main conveyor.
The rinsing machine inverts bottles over a rinse basin to remove dusts and debris from containers prior to the introduction of product into the bottles. The rinser seen here uses air to clean containers, but these machines can also use water, product or other cleaning solution.
The bottle corker uses an automatic cork delivery system to allow bottles to be sealed with corks, T-corks or similar closures as they are positioned under the corking head on the conveyor. The elevator delivers properly oriented corks to the cork chute, which in turn delivers the corks to the bottles where the head presses the corks into place.
Integration is a service offered by Liquid Packaging Solutions for almost all equipment. The machines seen here will be put into place with an already existing filler and labeler, allowing the packager to further automate their packaging process.
