My advice is if you want to get a a scholarship apply for their other colleges other than Boston, scholarship in Boston is highly competitive unless you are going for a PhD which have their tuition fee automatically waved if admitted. Their new college in Miami is presently offering scholarship to admitted student you should also try that out. Also know that gaining admission into their university means you have a good grade.Wish you luck.

I currently hold an offer to study at Northeastern University, Boston, am still seeking funding till now, even an assistantship they didn't offer me, though there is a tuition discount for African students, it is still not enough.

This is true, I also failed to get an assistantship at Boston and ended up losing my place. Mind you I had 29,000$ scholarship but it was far from enough

Someone that knows better should answer me please. Is gettiing a scholarship a guarantee that ones visa would be approved? I was given alfond initiative scholarship of $25,000 which covers only tuition fee but was asked to pay non refundable $750 enrollment fee.

For U.S you are not granted visa on the basis you have scholarship only, but including how you present your answer during visa interview and authenticity of all your documents.

Hi, did you watch the video and understood all that was explained? The tuition fee scholarship is automatic which you have to be deemed eligible based on previous academic performance and other parts of your application b4 you will be awarded. It’s good international students become aware of this: the admission application that got you admission might not get you the available scholarships in that school hence reason why we are encouraged apart from meeting the cGPA threshold for that particular university, to tender in a strong admission application evident in your Personal statement, good test scores and strong and compelling academic CV. If you didn’t get the funding off course u will be asked for tuition fee , There are graduate assistantship positions too , i would recommend you reach out to your program director regarding this .

I guess those people admitted and schooling in the school are non- existing? You must not apply to the school.

If you meet their criteria and you have a good grade, you will definitely be admitted. I applied once and I am admitted to their campus in Boston. The only place I think the 7% acceptance rate work is in Boston because that's their main campus, other colleges in other locations don't work with that rate.

@@olayinkaatoba8662 well stated, thank you for this. some study abroad aspirants don’t even understand this “acceptance rate” even the school with 97% acceptance rate will still not offer you admission if your application is not strong enough, there are different factors that play in during admission decisions.

Hi dear, check with your program if they accept HND, the school has program-specific admission requirements or you can check out my video on my channel about schools that accept HND for masters
