I have always thought these Bi-Directional Scanners would cost an arm and a leg to buy. I have been using a cheap OBD2 Bluetooth scanner that lacked 95% of the functionality this device has.

Trying not using Bluetooth and using direct wired. If that doesn’t work, contact customer service. They are constantly updating the app

Does it show on/off states ? Will it activate transmission solenoid ?

Basically, it sounds like you’re Joe Blow. It’s just trying to figure out what’s wrong with your car you have no idea if you don’t have any automotive knowledge and you want to test solenoids in a transmission some of them will turn on and off to function testing and some of them won’t, but you need to know what you’re doing what you’re looking at it’s not just 123 you gotta have knowledge of automotive

Do you have to pay every year in order for this OBD reader to work ? If you dont pay does that still work ? Do you need to have internet to used it ? If you don't updates does that still work without updates ? Out from the box can you used it without wifi or internet ? Can this scan for Fuel Pressure ? And can this scan for compression test ? Is this a Complete diagnostic Scan tools ?does it Scan from 1996 cars going up ? How about Toyota Camry 2001 2.2 Liter 4 Cyl or Buick Park Ave 2003 3.8 Liter does it Scan these cars ? Does this scan for battery ignition parameters ? Does it Scan for a bad head gaskets ? Is this the latest version 2024 ?

I clicked on your link to purchase it but Cadillac Escalade is not mentioned in the car compatibility list. It's my car and I wouldn't want this obd to be incompatible

If I remember correctly, there’s is an Escalade option. If I was home I would go through the Scanner and find out the years. I’m confident I saw a GMT900 gen in there

That’s a dumb question. All you have to do is look it up here we go again you’re asking the world. The questions look the X7 up automotive scanner. It’ll explain everything it does everything it will scan and if it’s not there, you updated you buy the updates. Use a little common sense you people.
