The 95 rated Ronaldo that has the strange haircut is from 2002 when he was destroyed by 2 major injuries. People where only talking about his injuries he was sick of it but he haircut solved that problem. The 95 rated Ronaldo is not bad but in the worldcup of 2002 he was around 60%. So that means the card before his injuries should have a rating of 100% and that is than would be 158.
