They way I literally could NOT put down the 7 husbands of Evelyn Hugo when I started it. I highly recommend 'A good girl's guide to murder' by Holly Jackson and 'You'll be the death of me' by Karen McManus if you like mysteries but the characters still have a lot of personality and are really relatable.

I literally just finished The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo yesterday and I am still so speechless. It’s so well written easy to read and the plot the story the characters. Not only did the author almost constantly maintain the suspicion of the story the development of the characters throughout the story was so good. I was constantly on the edge. I finished it so fast. That’s how good it was. Started the year very strong. Hope to read more books this good. This book will most definitely be in my top 5 for the coming time!

My favorite book of 2021 is probably "The Song of Achilles." It broke my heart into a million pieces and I've been crying about it since I finished it. I have a soft spot for greek mythology and homosexual-romance books so this was the perfect read for me! My native language isn't English, but I find that English books just sound more "poetic" and so sometimes it was a little hard for me to read, but I understood everything and love the storyline endlessly. I'd recommend it to anyone who loves sad, tragic but absolutely beautiful written books!!

I’d HIGHLY recommend reading The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood. It’s my favorite book that I’ve ever read at the moment and one of those books that left me “wanting to cut off off my right big toe to read for the first time again”. It’s a total rom com, had me laughing out loud while binge read it in barnes & noble for 4 hours with no breaks. Basically, Olive is a student in a Stanford PhD biology program and she hasn’t had the best luck with relationships. She lied to her friend about having a new boyfriend and when she sees that she’s unexpectedly at the lab while Olive is supposed to be on a date, she kisses the first stranger she sees to cover up. Turns out that stranger was the most “ruthless and harsh” professor in the biology department Adam Carlsen. He agrees to start fake dating to continue the act up with Olive’s friends and then it all goes from there. It has some of my all time FAVORITE tropes and, Olive, the main character is the cutest and nerdiest (in a good way) person ever and it’s a nice contrast to Adam’s personality. Idk I can go on for HOURS on how much I adore this book 🤩💗

if you’re interested in a realistic fiction history book about WW2, the things we cannot say is SOOOOOOOO good! it also alternates between present and pass and it’s a story between the granddaughter (present) and her grandmother that was a jew in WW2! it’s an amazing story

My #1 book recommendation is “velocity” by Dean Koontz!! It’s so fast-paced (like “one sitting” type of reading) yet detailed, and it’s the book that got me into reading again after yearssss of not due to school. I read it in like 4 days lol, it definitely leaves you thinking about it for some time.

loved seven husbands of evelyn hugo - will definitely have to check out some of taylor jenkins reid's other novels! also, if you really enjoyed atomic habits i would also recommend reading tiny habits by bj fogg. for me, tiny habits was basically everything i thought atomic habits would cover and i've been able to actively apply a lot more concepts from tiny habits than atomic habits!!

i just read Verity last week and it completely caught me off guard it’s so good. like left me staring at a wall w my jaw on the floor lol. i made the mistake of finishing it at 1 am and couldn’t sleep that night or the following night 😅 it’s not scary but rather unsettling is a better way to describe it. amazing 10/10 recommend

I know a lot of people said this but if you want to start reading start with “it end with us” it’s freaking AMAZING!!! That book is what started my book obsession, my book obsession just started like 1-2 months ago and I already own like 40 books kinda thankful but also hate it end with us cuz when I’m obsessed with sth i spend so much money on them

Book Recommendations!! I read "The Vanishing Half" by Britt Bennett earlier this year and it was fascinating. It displays an interesting perspective on race and was such a great read. Also "The Midnight Library" by Matt Haig. I can't remember if you reviewed that one in a previous video but I just finished it and I simply cannot stop thinking about it.
