This might as well be magic. I've tried following tabs and picking the strings slowly but I just can't make it. Also, I only have an electric guitar, so maybe that's the problem since the neck is narrower than on a dreadnought or classical acoustic guitar. I think I have better chances outrunning an avalanche than to learn this song.

Thanks for the tip lol. My voice wasn’t hitting the typical note that day so I had to go up. Also I’ve listened to your upload of Leonard playing this song in Tel Aviv many, many times over the years! Played along with it on the guitar when I was learning.

Really great. 'Our flag means death' introduced me to this song, and Cohen. I already fingerpick similarily, but how hard is it to gain your speed? I don't have a guitar atm to test it out myself. :p

What I’d give to hear you make a duet of this in the rich harmony style of Simon & Garfunkel, specifically with this singer Janileigh Cohen. In my mind I’m imagining rearranging parts into a Round or Canon, & stray from the tight melodic pattern trading off ascents and descents for a counterpoint feel. Gawd, It would be a veritable feast for me as my synesthesia let’s me taste/smell sounds, & more. Use a C1000 mic for her voice to catch all her overtones, syllabences, & breathy textures. (sounds like i’m talking Porn here, I know.) Murat Atalay Hello! The guitar is tuned 2 steps down from standard tuning, therefore the song is played in the key of f minor. Easiest way to do this is put a capo on the 4th fret and tune the guitar to standard.
