To assemble your AvaMix Cadet batch bowl food processor, place the bowl on the base and align the unlocked arrows on both pieces. Twist counterclockwise to lock into place. Align the S blade with the motor shaft, pressing and rotating until secure. Attach the flat lid by hooking it on the left and latching it on the right side.

To set up your batch bowl for slicing and grating directly into your bowl, place the stem extender on the disc stem. Align the opening of the disc with the shaft and gently push down, making sure the “up” marking faces you. Next, latch and lock the lid with a continuous feed shoot onto the batch bowl and place the pusher in the continuous feed shoot.
