This took me DAYS to figure out! Basically you need to be between level 9-10 and have the Na’vi Perk mentioned in the video. I think as you level so does the world around you meaning it’s growing with you as you play, this means the higher the level you become the better the farming skill you’ll have, being able to find those rarer ‘exquisite’ resources.
