@@eurekabossele1939 The point still stands. We both know that their ace in the hole is OP. Now, the question is: which one is quicker? They're both close range. While Kyoshi has better fighting experience than even adult Aang, Aang is able to evade and is a bit more nimble. Kyoshi would have to lure him to her grasp, which is dangerous for everyone involved. Just as she has him in range, he would also have her in range. We have seen the speed of energy bending when he did it for the 1st time which was against Ozai. It took a long time for multiple reasons: 1) literal 1st time 2) had to weigh the balance of good and evil, especially since he didn't have a clue as to how to approach this situation or Ozai himself 3) had to refocus because although he was playing defense, he also needed to subdue, which you can't do passively; it would be with some intent to kill, otherwise, he would've been killed. 4) he didn't know his resolve The last time he did this, he knew his resolve and it was quicker. So there's a chance where this would be even quicker.

@@eurekabossele1939 I've already stated that Kyoshi has better fighting, thus would make Aang an underdog. He was pretty much the underdog despite being the main character. He can't go head on with Azula, been knocked out of the avatar state multiple times, died only to be brought back. However as the show progresses, he's gotten better, so eventually, if he was still alive, then there's a possibility that the tides could turn.
