This video is about the Netflix's Avatar: The Last Airbender. How old are the characters versus the cast real ages. Did you know the actor of Aang is 14 years old in real life? Pretty close to his character which is 12 years of age but technically 112 years old. Make sure to find out about your favorite characters.

These are there current ages. They were all 3 years younger when filmed. Gordon Cormier was just 11.

Not sure how to feel about the five years difference between the actors of Zuko and Mai… I feel like it shouldn’t have been too hard to find someone a bit closer in age, to the actor of Azula too.

For Azula they could have picked an actual martial artist , that would have been great , because with the one they picked, i'm not gonna buy that she's a better fighter than Zuko any time soon , you can tell she's not a martial artist just how by she stands , and her little lightning dance was embarrassing to watch for me . They could have done a better casting for Yue too . ps : I hope they don't botch Sokka's character next season . they made him so anoying in season 1 lol , and not in a good way 🤣 it's not the sokka show either so they might want to remember that and give us more team avatar scenes and less "Sokka vs the world " scenes , also sthey should make Aang less condescending and more child like ( he keeps saying he's a goofy kid but that's not true , he's a good kid, true, but he's also a serious, boring , preachy kid in that show who seem too terrified to even try water bending )

As Asians a lot of us have chubby faces and less defined features, no matter our weight. Of course there are exceptions, but it’s a lot of us, until maybe our 30s-40s

Bad casting, Ang is ok, Katara Sokka over aged look, Mae, Tye lee, Azula only hairstyles are matching nothing else acting sucks, Zuko Burned potato, Jet is more than ok, Suki is ok but she wasn't supposed to take off makeup until their second meeting, I liked movie version of princess Yue than Netflix version, June is perfect, King bhumi... Bad makeup Sucked up writing, Bad acting, bad CGI, rest is history, Uncle Iron look & acting was ok but didn't get the original Iron vibe & feeling & also voice, Rokhu was good, Zhao wasn't perfect but better than movie version, Ozai is ok not that good, cabage man was good but low screen time,
