@@BunnySpaceMachine Buddhists say attachment is the cause of pain. In fact, we could see death otherwise. It can be a mean to live our lives to the fullest. How little is left to us, 20, 30 or even 60 years. It's fleeting. It's reason enough to experience life as much as possible, explore the possibilities, vanquish your fear, go beyond what's expected of you. In that sense, giving back our energy doesn't seem TOO bad (it's still frightening to me though : ) Happy journey friend.

@@toriko2075 thank you. As a psychology undergraduate, I actually minored in asian religions so I am familiar with these concepts and philosophies. It's still hard to let go of one's ego in these situations. I've experimented with psychedelics and ego death can be extremely overwhelming...but beautiful at the same time. Sooo...that's what I was sort of trying to communicate. 🐰💜🐰

@@BunnySpaceMachine Bunny, I'm so happy for you. I hope you'll help a lot of people in the future with your experience and knowledge. I'm in the same spot as you I think, I've got a lot of trouble with my ego. And, it's... complicated. However, I don't think the death of Ego is the ultimate solution. Seeing it in check, is the direction I'm pointing to (at least I try to, everyday). I had I wonderful conversation with a random shopkeeper about our goal in life/ego just yesterday and the guy gave a lot to ponder. About ego he said, "what' the point in comparing yourself? What the point in finding who is the best? What is the point in fighting endless fights over nothing? ". So I came to the conclusion that " who are you? What do you really want? Why are you afraid? What does your fear hide? What are your insecurities ?" Are much better questions everybody is avoiding all the time to avoid being faced with one's responsibilities... But it's hard as hell to just sit down and do the job.

I love how subtle and woven into the background sounds the music is. My one critique is that it's somewhat easy to tell where the loop starts again. Maybe experiment with using more soundtrack snippets so the need to loop is less frequent?
