You can’t technically live in one but what I always do is have my sim “live” on a empty lot and just never leave there business u can still close and open it. U just have to hav another lot that ur sim owns.

you can get a mod that lets you do "live in" businesses tho. just the thing for this type of lot - provided you play with mods i guess

LittleMissSam has a mod called 'Live In Business' that would be perfect for anyone wanting to have a retail shop, vet clinic, day care, etc in this build.

The sponsorship was good, I hope you get more actually. Making a living on youtube is a pain in the ass these days and I'd miss you if had to get a traditional job. Get those sponsorships girl! :) And...I like the rambling. Oh, and I don't really have a recommendation for subtitled TV, but the movie Train to Busan was FANTASTIC. One of my favorite horror movies in years. For anime, try Ranma 1/2 or Rurouni Kenshin if you can find them.

As long as all the things your sims need are in the shop, they can live there. They'll still need to have an official home lot, but you can just travel to the shop and never leave. Another bonus: you don't have to pay for utilities on retail lots so you can just neglect paying your home lot bills and nothing will happen!

You could even set the empty home lot as ‘off the grid’ and you won’t get bills at all

Sorry if this has been answered but yes! You can live on community lots, however you have to have a separate lot to be your “technical” home and then just have your sims stay on the community lot. You can also lock doors to keep customers out of certain areas. 😌

You can make two Challenges, one for the Micro home and one for the tiny home. And then you can chose 5 of the best enteries for each category.

If you place those shop tables in the sims' yard and press the "tend table" option I think you can have a yard sale and sell any paintings or crafts... that's a great idea for this house too😊

Reminds me of a single mother i knew. She owned a mini gym, that my mum went to and dragged me and my sisters along. The mother had everything out front then lived on top of her gym and in the room behind the gym. It was super adorable. I remember my sister had a crush on her son.

I love all of your stories you talk in every single vedio it makes me feel like talking to my best friend even when its not related to the house 💓 the big toe and the grill area talking almost killed me xx btw usually since im korean i HEAR you (i mean i just hear you saying without trying too much to understand) but when you said KOREAN something i was like whut shes talking about a korean show!!! I love the serie called "De Ridder". Is a Dutch spoken Belgium serie. It's about a woman who worked in the legal field and prosecutes criminals. But she going for the big jobs and all lot will go wrong. The content is hard to explained without spoiling everything.

Speaking of clumsiness and injury, I've never broken any bones, but I did have a snowglobe explode in my hands when I was about 5. I didn't drop it, it just straight up broke. Luckily, I didn't need stitches, but I do have a scar. Anyways, love the house!! (And in terms of the sponsorship: it's fine! Take it as a compliment that they reached out to YOU for a sponsorship!)

It's amazing that you actually post a video every day. Even though your voiceovers are always so fun and enjoyable, I think we all will understand if you took some days off them, and put music instead. You can definitely stay on a retail lot your Sim owns in the game, just keep in mind you have to also own your residential lot because a Sim always has to have a residential lot that the game considers home for them (it can't be their retail lot). If you happen to be doing gameplay on your retail lot which involves them living on said lot, and you happen to click the "Home" icon on their little Thumbnail photo on the bottom left of the screen, it takes them to their home lot. Not a big inconvenience. Theoretically, you could create your Sim, move them to an empty lot as the game has you do, immediately purchase the retail lot you intend on using for your gameplay purpose at that time, and never return to your home lot if you choose. I've watched several Let's Play series on KZfaq and I've done several different challenges and gameplay scenarios on my own so I know it's a viable option. You said it right, you should recommend people make it a retail lot for their Sim to purchase so they can use the Shop aspect and with what you furnished the house with, they won't have to leave to fill their needs. Hope that helps. There were too many comments in two days for me to go through all of them to see if anyone else had answered your question.

Yes, you can sleep in the same lot. I’ve actually played a baker who lives in a two storeys home, ground floor for her shop, second floor for her apartment. The whole lot is classified as shop. She also owns a residential lot which I’ve left empty and she pays bills for it, but it quite works, so, it doesn’t matter that much.

Hey Aveline, I recommend you watch one of the Chinese TV series on netflix. Especially "Nothing Gold can stay" it starts off w a girl being sold to a family to be their servant and then her road to becoming the most famous and successful merchant/cloth maker in the whole of China. It has 70 ish episodes but I like to watch one episode per day. It's rly good. But if u can't find it, any of the TV shows on ancient China is GREEAAT ilysm always impressing me w ur builds luv u

this house 😍 also, an idea for a house build could be an upside down house? it’s not a literal house that’s upside down, it’s a house where the rooms that are usually on the first floor are on the 2nd and the rooms on the 2nd are on the first. there are videos on what it’s suppose to look like, if you need inspiration just search “sims 4 upside down house” :)

You can live on a retail lot, but you'll need to own a residential lot as well. The residential lot can be empty and you won't have to travel there if you don't want to, because you can pay bills via the computer or phone.

Japanese TV Shows! 1) Terrace House, there are multiple series and it’s a super chill inspiring reality show 2) Erased, this one is beautiful and very emotional 3) Switched, this one is also beautiful and very emotional 4) Good Morning Call, this is a cute manga based show. All these are live and not anime. I hope you enjoy! These are my favorites and I love Japanese shows.

Try ‘Dark’ on Netflix! It’s a German TV series and the plot really requires your full attention because of all the major and minor plot twists. Highly recommend 👍

You have to watch the korean zombie series kingdom. The actors play really well and the zombies look totally creepy and real. Moreover, you get along well with the storyline and I can really recommend it for the days in quarantine. ❤️

I really liked the show “ always witch” on netflix. It’s originally in Spanish and the original Titel is “Siempre Bruja”. I don’t know if you like these kinds of shows but it’s about witches , witch hunts and time travel.

If you have issues watching focusing on a tv show definitely watch Dark on Netflix, it’s my favorite show. Plus it’s wonderfully dubbed in English even though it’s a German show, in fact first time I’ve watched it I thought it was American production but after a few minutes I noticed German words on papers etc.. very wonderful show, you’ll want to keep your eyes on the screen in order to understand something trust me😂❤️. Btw: amazing build as always 💕

You can live on the lot. You just have to never leave. You can buy a blank lot and just stay on the other. You can pay your bills on the phone so there's no reason to go back. I always put apartments above my vets. Your pets will stay with you too.

If you're interested in more Korean dramas, there's this app called Viki. I recommend Goblin if you want to suffer (istg I cried so much) but there are plenty of dramas so you can choose.
