Dolores Del Río even in today’s Hollywood would knock them all off the beauty pedestal!! She was breathtaking stunningly beautiful! Face body skin everything. She had no competition in hollyweird or Europe! Glad to see this in rare early badly filmed color

@@freelightway wth did I say 4 years ago? Well, it’s been deleted. Del rio was one of the most gorgeous women in the world. Her bone structure is to die for. Del rio made her mark during the silent era. Once talkies took over, Hollywood went full on WHITE. Minority actors didn’t stand a chance in racist British America. Del rio despite her beauty wasn’t being offered A-list roles. Those were offered to White actors. So, Del rio left HollyWHITE for Mexico. Ann Harding despite her delicate beauty never reached superstar status.

Dolores era morena clara, su nariz ligeramente aguileña y de estatura baja, por eso jamás le dieron roles que no fueran etnicos: brasileña, hawaiiana, francesa, apache, española, mexicana. Sin embargo nadie le quita ser la primera hispanoamericana en triunfar en Hollywood.
