After my last vitamin C cleanser tortured me by turning into a giant sea of foam and stinging my eyes out, I decided to try Avene’s gentle cleansing foam. I love the pump dispenser and how gentle the product is. Also love that you can get a high quality product like this from the pharmacy!

I’ve recently been using the hydrance serum . Omg! This stuff is amazing. I’ve never had a product hydrate my skin like this . My skin was so hydrated my wrinkles plumped up so they weren’t as pronounced. I was really blown away. So I figured I’d try another product in the line and chose the Hydrance Aqua- gel moisturizer. Blown away again. Like I said my skin is so hydrated now my wrinkles are practically gone. When I look in the mirror now I don’t look tired anymore. Of course I still have crow’s feet but this hydrance line has plumped/ hydrated things up so the crepey skin is gone and the wrinkles under my eyes that were making me look really tired are smoothed out. You gotta try this stuff!

Hi Mary. Thank you so much for letting me know! I had never thought to try the hydrance range. I love the fact that you can see an actual difference. I think I may need to give it a try 🤗

is that the latest formulation? I have dry skin, tried the extreme tolerance cream and while it's hydrating, it leaves a very mild and persistent tackiness. was thinking of getting the hydrant serum but it seems LRP and Avene have been changing a lot of formulations lately.

I've used/have quite a few Avene products. Soothing Radiance Masque - it's amazing! On my 3rd tube now. I don't even wipe it off - I put it on before bed and go to sleep with it (read online you can do this). I also use the Cleansing Oil and it's so great! Also on my 3rd one. The Cleansing Foam, I agree though - very disappointed with that purchase and won't buy it again. I have dry, sensitive eczema skin and use the XeraCalm balm which has worked wonders! Really nice moisturizer/balm. Thanks for the review! :)

I'm going to try and leave the mask on overnight. Thank you for the tip! I haven't used the Xeracalm balm but it sounds like it could be good for the occasions where my skin is feeling ultra sensitive! And as for the cleansing oil, well no secret that I adore it! 😊

The Cicalfate lip balm is my favourite lip balm - stays on the lips without feeling thick and cakey! So far the only thing that has helped me combat my perpetually dry lips!

Hi Robyn. I also use the Cicalfate lip balm. It's one of the few things that works on dry lips. It's actually from La Roche Posay and not Avene. I still get the brands confused as they are so similar! UPDATE... Apologies, I Googled and I see that it is an Avene product. I'm confusing it with Cicalplast *sorry*🙏

I have the Avene cold cream lip balm is. I love how gentle soothing the cold cream feels and how it retracts on an angle, however if my lips are at a stage where they are really cracked, I need the La Roche Posay one for very dry lips. That one is more transformative. The Bioderma lip balm has the best raspberry scent!

I have the Soothing Mask. It's a great product. I do enjoy it. Try their Retinol products. Gentle yet effective.

I like the xeraCalm cream and balm for face & body for it’s minimal ingredients; xeraCalm also somehow prevents that lil skin reddening from stronger retinols serums.

Wow. You have access to products from Avene that we can’t get in the USA. I recently bought the Tolerance Extreme Cleansing Lotion in the tube not the bottle. It’s a strange feeling product. I’ve tried it different ways and it just feels weird.lol. I just ordered the cleansing oil and the Xeracalm Cream. I’m hoping I get more moisture than what I’m currently using. For reference I have mild rosacea, dry, and hypersensitive skin. I recently developed a raised red spot on my forehead and I’m wondering if it’s eczema.🤷🏼‍♀️ Wonderful video!

HI Mignon. Subsequent to this video, I also bought the Tolerance cleansing lotion in the tube. I only use it when my skin is feeling very dry and sensitive. I do still prefer using the Trixera nutrition gel. It gives me a cleaner feeling. I'm sure the Xeracalm cream will help with your eczema. And as for the cleansing oil, I am a huge fan as you know!! It's so lovely and gentle for the face, especially if you have rosacea, sensitivity and dryness.

@@Fifty-sense Yes I hope the Xeracalm cream helps. I found another red raised spot on my arm almost in the fold of your elbow. I’m not sure if it’s a spot of eczema but it’s weird. My knuckles get very dry and the skin feels really rough almost dried up leathery like and red. I might be developing eczema.🤷🏼‍♀️ I do help that cream also helps with my rosacea. I’m excited to get them. ❤️🙏🏼🤗🙌🏼

@@mignonalverson655 If the dryness of your hands are not explained by: using a lot of hand disinfectant, washing with your bare hands (Without gloves), or other similar repetitive exposure for chemicals, please take a look if you have other symptoms such as: fatigue, tender muscles or swollen joints, shortness of breath. If you do, please ask your doctor to take blood work on "anti-Jo-1, anti-PL-12, anti-PL-7, anti-OJ; anti-KS" to make sure you are not suffering from the same rare disease as I do. Good luck 👍

check out the Curel brand. I recently discovered it when my skin went haywire i.e. suddenly very dry, sensitive, irritable and red.

Hello, the only one working for sagging, lines is trétinoin because it works on the dermis...but it's on prescription!

Hi Rima. No that is not normal. I think you should stop using it. It's supposed to soothe the skin.

Yes it does! I have waterproof mascara and it removes it easily, it's amazing especially for sensitive skin 😍😍

One of the most over-rated brands that many drug store brands outrank by the 1000's IMO

Let me guess: you don't have skin conditions? The thing is, not everybody benefits from what Avene does best. Their products are geared towards problem skin: excema, psoriasis, atopy, rosacea, acne, extreme dryness etc. Someone with normal skin, without any skin conditions, would probably get better value for money elsewhere. Especially if they live outside of Europe as Avene products seem to strangely double in price when they leave Europe. I have dry, atopic skin and live in a climate where winter is very wintery. I can play with skin care some in the summer but winter time is when only Avene together with a couple other European pharmacy brands (Eucerin, ACO, La Roche Posay) keep me from going insane with itching and open excema wounds. IMO Avene cannot possibly be over-rated no matter how high you rate them. 😃 They're a lifesaver.
