The kit I'm playing on is a Roland TD-4kp. I'm on XBOX One and use the Madcatz 360 Midi Pro Adapter with the PDP Wired Legacy Adapter to play RB4 with this kit.

hi, i have a question. How you conect the Drum to the console/pc?

It's pretty hard. But this is how. 1. Make sure your Edrums have a midi out. 2. Get the rock band 3 pro adapter (If you are playing rb3 with this, you are done.) 3. For Xbox one (idk about PS4 sorry) get the pdp legacy adapter. 4. Just plug the pro adapter into the pdp one and plug that in to the xb1 and you are finally done. Also pdp legacy adapters were discontinued. So it's hard to pay a good price for one.

I'm on XBOX so I was fortunate enough to get the PDP Adapter back when it was on the market. I've heard good things about roll limitless, though.

If you're planning to spend less than $1000, look into some Alesis kits. If you want something premium, Roland is really good. I have a Roland that's no longer on the market (and it's not very good for RB anyway)

The squares represent hitting a drum, one of the circular pads in front of him lower down. The circles in the game are the cymbals.

Kick pedals are off for sure, and the cymbals too, there are too many to make it accurate as it uses the crash,China, hi-hat, and ride cymbal

The only bands you listed that have licensed dlc are Trivium and BFMV. Arch Enemy and The Agonist have RBN songs, but sadly those aren't compatible with rb4.

This is a real drum set. It’s an electronic drum set. Think of it as an electric guitar. And before you say it, this wasn’t made for Rock Band, he just got it to work in the game
