That guitar master-track has been missing for years, which is why they weren't present in the Rock Band/Guitar Hero games. Someone fucked up the handling of the master-tracks at some point.

I remember being floored with the technicality of this record. I was a hardcore kid that liked 7th Trumpet and Waken. I was like “wait this is A7X?” When I heard this on the radio. The whole album was on another level than the previous ones from a technical, tasteful, and songwriting standpoint.

Jimmy always made jokes. But when it came time to play he was not distracted and always seemed to kill it. He was an awesome drummer. Brooks is good for A7X noe though since their songs have evolved and Brooks has helped give them their new tone.

Its so amazing to see that the video clips from back then of Jimmy and everybody still exist! Bat Country is such a perfect song from songwriting perspective imo, everything fits so well together and the song just grooves from start to end. Typical A7X ingeniousness! Yeah, the wicked end is one of my all time favorites. From the solo to the re-intro is just absolutely epic. The part when the dueling guitars and shadows come in after the orchestra gives me chills every single time.

14 years ago the best album ever was in the charts. 6/6/5 was epic and 14 years later Avenged Sevenfold makes bat country's breakdown, the song who brought me into real music and playing guitar (due to ssx on tour).
