My brother Craig Gutteridge was a massive fan of this band. He loved them so much! Sadly, he had a disease called Muscular Dystrophy, and he passed away May 19th. Me and him were really close, and at the funeral, he requested before when we were talking about death, that he had the song 'Fiction' played at his funeral. He was eager to have it. And he did. I'm not trying to seek attention as all, but I just really wanted to post something about him on the A7X page! Craig was an absolute inspiration! Love you brother, I know your with Jimmy now!! ❤️❤️❤️🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

On May 25th, Avenged will have a concert in Indonesia, and it's a shame that I don't have enough money to come and watch the concert live. But last night I dreamed that Avenged was having a concert in my village, I was very happy because in the dream I could take photos with the members and I even chatted with the members. I was introduced to this song by someone I used to talk to online on Windows Live Messenger 15 years ago. Listening to this just brings me back to how I used to sneak into the computer room late at night to talk to her. We lost contact after she told me she will migrate to Brazil. We didn't leave behind a way to get in touch and it has been so so many years...She's half Japanese and Brazillian and absolutely love this band. Minori, if you out there, somewhere...I'm here.

I know you guys wont read this but I really like your song Seize the day. It took me some time to understand the words sang in this song (because I'm French) and even after understanding the words I had to let it sink in... It's a wake up call to us the young people to seize the day (literally) cause we don't live forever and that there's maybe no afterlife to enjoy eternity with our loved ones. A truly beautiful piece of modern metal, and I'm enamored with it. Thank you so much for this much needed wake up call, TFD

MY OPINION (PLEASE RESPECT IT): 2:53 This is the BEST guitar solo I've ever heard in the history of music. It might not be the hardest but it certainly is the most beautiful solo EVER and I personally think November Rain loses to this one. Nonetheless, respect to Slash what a legend!

When I was growing up, the only time I ever really listened to music was in the car, and Avenged Sevenfold was one of the bands that my mom played quite often, especially this song. Today I had it on repeat on my way home from work. Reminds me of the good old days when my life was much simpler.

My aunt use to play this in her car when I was little. She absolutely LOVED Avenged Sevenfold, it was her favorite band. She died when I was 8, RIP. These songs also remind me of easier, happier times when I was little. Life is just so hard sometimes. Everything about it😥
