@@geraltofrivia3344 Let me tell you something. If Peter Jackson really wanted to blow me away with those Rings movies, he would've ended the third movie on the logical closure point, NOT the 25 endings that followed. When fuckin' Frido wakes up from his little coma, or whatever, and all the other hobbits are jumpin' on his bed. And then Sam leans in the doorway and gives him this very fucking gay look. That look was so gay. I thought Sam was gonna tell the little hobbits to take a walk so he could saunter over to Frido and suck his fucking cock. Now THAT would have been an Academy Award worthy ending. And then, right after the Sam/Frodo suckfest, right before the credits roll, Sam fucking flat out bricks in Frido's mouth. For christ sake even the fuckin trees walked in that movie...🤦🤦🤦

@@Colossal322 I'm a DC fan and I must say I don't really think that that is what the "goal" is what the DC writers have in their minds. It's more focused on single-story telling instead of having a very long progressive storyline. I like both Marvel and DC universe and how the way they are told. :) I think especially because the DC universe is more "dark" (see any villian in gotham city or actually gotham city itself) shorter stories are just more fitting in my opinion because this is what makes most horror movies so boring: having a too long storytime. So I guess for DC this model of story telling is fine in my opinion :)

I won't lie; I was generally pretty disappointed with Endgame. I thought it was a poor follow-up to Infinity War, disrespectful to a bunch of the characters they'd built over so many years, a downright terrible following act for the amazing villian they created, and an underwhelming finale to the saga they spent years building toward. But in that mediocre movie, this was an absolutely phenomenal moment that they managed to get right.

Honestly, the thing I love most about this is how it perfectly captures what a Marvel comics crossover event looks like. It reminds me of those old double-page splash scenes of grand battles between superheroes. The mismatched mix of meta-humans and aliens, wizards and high-tech tribesmen, literal gods and just plain humans. That's what comics are to me.

I believe its actually the first time since the end of Infinity War that the full theme was played. Cause throughout Endgame the theme was halved in its orchestra, because of all the missing heroes. So subconsciously you hear the theme throughout and it sounds weak, not nearly as powerful. And to have the full orchestra back in play for this scene really enhances it. Its brilliant from a cinematic, thematic, and musical stand point.

That's a great observation, never realized that but it makes sense how intentional it was. Also in the Black Panther movie they were debating in the early part of the film about whether or not they should open up and support the world outside Wakanda. You can see on T'Challa's face as he entered, he well and truly made his decision, and probably the main reason for that was after Cap fought by his side in a land not his own. Honestly, I like how Thor is the first one to scream, and you can even see and sense the rage he has when he shakes his head a little. Truly feels like the beginning of the last winning battle of a war between Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Thanos's army of death (in literally the middle of a forest of some state somewhere). Also, feels a little bit odd, honestly. From Ragnorak, Hulk would initially be the one to be very angry and yell out cause he is "like a big flame" while Thor is "like a little flame". I think it's safe to say that Thor had the bigger flame this time around. Also, the fact that this scene 2:20, had Cap in very clean focus, you can see the 2 other actual starters of the Avengers, Thor and Tony, at the right sides. I think it really adds to the scene in such a subtle way CAUSE THEY'RE ALL THERE. THE BIG THREE AVENGERS ASSEMBLING along with every Avenger there as well. Also, I love how T'Challa is gearing up to and readying his army in the background. Just love that little tidbit.

Thor's solo roar at 2:42 is just so badass, as if saying "I am the King. This is the best I can do."

This and Star Wars: Rose of Skywalker assembly - Lando brings the entire fleet. I know Rose of Skywalker is not a great movie in many people’s eyes, but that scene is pretty much just the Star Wars version of this.

Not gonna lie, hands down it's still the coldest, badass, super awesome scene in the history of cinema. The emotion that built up to the exact moment, and explode when all of the avengers lining up, cried myself when Cap says "Assemble". Truly a masterpiece!
