They have makeup artists doing it and they tend to put more on so it lasts for the day of press. Whoever did Scarlett's though 😕. The pink blusher and blue eye shadow were too much and like a hideous 80s throwback It didn't suit her, so blame the makeup artist not Scarlett, it looked a mess.
