I’m pretty sure the reason for Infinity War Captain America and the current version of the character being placed at two different levels is exactly due to what you stated, the shield. Cap having his classic vibranium shield does feel like it makes him more capable than him with those Wakandan shields and I’ll agree with that so I don’t think it’s an issue. I don’t think you can put Yondu too much higher on this list as his arrow has never been shown going through something too durable other than some random metals and we don’t know how he’d fair against someone with high enough skill to maybe deflect or block it with a sword or someone with quick reflexes to dodge the arrow(something Spider-Man or Pepper with Extremis can possibly do). And Yondu doesn’t exactly have the best physicality which is a downfall if someone manages to be too durable or too fast or even too skilled(mixed with some good physicality like maybe Sif) for the arrow to handle. I also wouldn’t right away put Vision above Iron Man with Mk 85, Captain America with Mjolnir, or Hulk just yet. And no he’s definitely not on DCEU’s Superman level but I agree he is a powerhouse. I guess he can always use his phasing ability as a possible way to try and kill Hulk(who may not see it coming at all), but that’s as far as it goes for me to be honest. And we’ve seen before what an extremely angry Hulk can do to a non-Awakened Thor, and we know that Vision won’t beat pre-Awakening Thor in hand to hand combat considering a deleted scene in Age of Ultron, so there’s an indication that Hulk is a bit more powerful. We can’t really say how Heimdall would handle a situation against an extremely agile and hard to hit character like Spider-Man (who is still powerful enough to affect Heimdall) or someone that can fly with powerful weaponry like Iron Man or War Machine. I agree that the more regular Iron Man suits are a little too overrated here and I do agree with everything else. That’s about all

Oh and also Gamora and Nebula are supposedly able to lift SEVERAL tons and are still quite above supersoldiers in terms of strength and durability. This combined with the fact that they are some of the most skilled fighters out there comfortably assures their spot on this power level chart.

Gamora is meta humanoid. Her speed, strength, skills is 1/4 of her godfather Thanos. If putting her assassination skills (energy rifle and sword) into consideration, Captain America has no match against Gamora.

I disagree with AJ Wanda is better than the others she was able to break the Mind stone and nearly killed Thanos in Endgame while the others struggled to get even close to killing Thanos. Her anger and her bloodlust really defines her personality and her love for Vision just limits her from attaining her full powers. She is the one who was able to resurrect Visin in WandaVision, so she is far more better than any other Avenger on the list...

He'd already lose a fight against her with a sling ring and his cloak, but without them, he'd lose even quicker. Wanda doesn't need special tools to fight and win against someone, no cloak, no sling ring, no stone. Just herself. I could literally say, Wanda is more powerful than all the avengers together with the time stone. But it's not her property, nor is it Strange's. Literally any avenger with some kind of knowledge on how to use an Infinity stone is more powerful than the rest with it
