Even when not in character, they are all still their characters. Chris gets his buddy on the line and Robert playfully teases him, just like how Tony would tease Thor. Scarlett is annoyed Robert didn't pick up for her, Tony would have let Nats call go to his voicemail. Paul not being able to get in touch with anyone and being surprised Robert answered, Scott would have had trouble getting in contact with any of the Avengers and be surprised that Tony accepted a call from Thor.

Iron man found the hammer and basically vandalized it before thor called it back to Asgard. When thor got the hammer back he saw his hammer all vandalized by tony so after cleaning it he wrote iron man’s personal phone number on the hammer and threw it back to earth for the people of earth to see and start prank calling him 😂.
