Both received excellent training from some of the best and each would learn more of their opponent's strengths weaknesses and fight styles w each consecutive battle. @@queefyqueefstermcqueef6652 If we're going off of feats then they're both very inconsistent so that's gonna be tough. The biggest thing is technology. Cap and Chief are both enhanced super soldiers with powerful armor, but Cap doesn't have access to the cache of UNSC toys that Chief does.
