That being said, ever since House of X and Powers of X, I kinda suspected we were heading for an in-canon mutants versus humanity war. Most of the mutants vs humanity wars only happen in alternate realities or timelines.

Not as easy as it sounds, The eternals may be nowhere near as popular as the X-men but they are almost as powerful.

One of the oldest Eternals just annihilated Arakki to the ground, what they took months to build on Mars, Uranos undid in just under 60 minutes. The mutants aren't really whooping anyone's asses, they don't even have the Phoenix Force on their side now.

the avengers, the team nobody cared about before disneys takeover but everybody cared about after disneys takeover. the xmen, the team everybody cared about before disneys takeover but nobody cared about after disneys takeover. the eternals, the team people somewhat cared about before disneys takeover and still somewhat care about after disneys takeover. kind of an interesting turnaround when disney took over

I was telling this to my lil brother .. growing up no one really gave F about iron man lol .. yeah captain America , Thor and hulk are the exceptions but the rest of the avengers was never a topic of discussion at school lol . Now X-Men ruled my child hood all the way up into adult hood but since the 2010s started they lost a lot of hype .

We “settled” for the avengers not really quite cared. Considering Xmen dominate marvels top selling comics ever since they returned I don’t agree that nobody cared for them after Disney. The real marvel fans know Xmen is marvels best team.

The Starbrand is a character that originated from the New Universe imprint, they got integrated into the main Marvel universe.

Forgive me as I'm still processing this but let me get this straight. The X-Men/mutants are now immortal; The Eternals have to eradicate excess deviants which means the mutants because of there newlyfound immortality/mutants in general and The Avengers are the middle men trying to stop any collateral damage. Someone let me know if I've got this right cos 🤷🏼♂️

Do you think we will see Krakoa being introduced in the MCU along with the X-men and their Mutant kind? Do you think we will see some of the Mutants getting their powers the same way as Quicksilver and Scarlet_Witch in the MCU? Also what was up with Miss Marvel Kamala Khan being called a Mutant instead of an Inhuman in the MCU and did her bracelets unlock her powers?

I think Kamala is a mutant because Marvel doesn't want anything thinking of that Inhumans show that most people either didn't watch or didn't like. Although they brought that actor back to play Blackbolt. Tbh if Fox didn't have the rights to X-Men at the time I think she would've been a mutant in the comics as the company really pushed the Inhumans since they couldn't use the X-Men in the movies

The Five are not all Omega level mutants. Only Hope, Proteus and Elixir register as Omega.

as long writer wants it, any character can EVOLVE or get 2nd mutation, so it not out of sights that they later on can just do "upgrade"-- i mean "iceman" that no one cares about, suddenly become OMEGA mutant after his coming out as gay, while Pyro still ordinary stright man, but if he goes gay will he evolve too?

If Scarlett Witch is not part of Avengers, X-Men wins !! She can render the mutants powerless if she wishes too. It would be awesome to see OG Storm vs Thor where she superfreezes Thor on molecular level and then throws solar storms on him and breaks his atoms and molecules and his thunders won't even come handy, she's Storm, she can manage all of them !

With such really big threats to the earth it makes no sense why they don’t have additional heavy hitters like spectrum and blue marvel on the team. What are they doing? Sitting at home watching the avengers battle for the fate of the planet?? Especially sense blue marvel has some cosmic awareness if I remember correctly
