I can personally testify that Aventi offer a personal, relaxed and genuine experience. Be yourself and honest, they won’t ask you for a cv or judge your wealth/status. I spoke directly with Ryan in the beginning of the concierge service and swapped a few messages and surprisingly felt like part of their Aventi family journey and not a grovelling customer to an AD. Price, delivery time and full information is disclosed for transparency. Ryan is professional, shrewd, likeable and the public Image. Hannu’s ideas for Aventi and horology will be in the realms of Gerrald Genta and R.Mille. A bold statement you can hold me to. He’s the one who says ‘why can’t we? or, let’s think outside the box’-way outside…. Refreshing, so I bought one….. and then another….. No palms were greased writing this.

I would like to thank aventi's Concierge service for a amazing experience. I felt like I connected with Alex talking about watches and even even my career as a firefighter. The conversation wasn't awkward it was very pleasant and I didn't feel like I was being sold anything. I learned more about Aventi. I also feel like they care about the client and not just trying to make money. I hope all have a similar experience I had. I look forward to having my own aventi piece.
