Hello ! can you please help me ? After i assign new option for the c1,c2 customization button it works fine but after i replace or pull out and in the same battery the c1,c2 will goes back to default setting. i really want to know is that the feature or any issue in my sony a6700 .

Hello. What you're telling me is strange; the button configuration shouldn't reset. I have them assigned with functions I usually use. When I replace the battery, they remain the same as always. You should contact technical support to clarify what's happening. I hope they resolve it for you, and if they do, you could share it with others in case someone else experiences it.
