Both CR7 and Messi are just unbelievable players, surely among the best 5 ever. I think Messi is better in solo goals, dribbling and assists. They are levelled in free kicks and in pretty much the rest Ronaldo is better (long range, headers, speed, both feet). Messi needs to prove himself outside of Barcelona and in the national team. Ronaldo has won the three major national leagues (EN, ES, IT) and an European Championship and a League of Nations with Portugal.
