I am one of the people rising the average here in Germany, despite not being too tall at 190 cm. When I was 5 years old, I came in at 135 cm, aged 8 I was 144 cm, aged 10 I was 158 cm. At age 12 I was 170 cm, at 15 I was 183 cm. Shortly after that, maybe at 17 or 18 I was fully grown. And believe it or not, already at 190 cm I sometimes struggle to find fitting trousers. I am quite lean, so if the trousers are long enough, they are designed for a potbelly that I don't have, or the trousers fit around the waist, but are too short. I am only happy that my feet stopped growing at size 45 - 46 (depending on the manufacturer).

I am around 190cm Montenegrin. My nephew is 193cm. His dad is 193cm. My dad is 190cm. Older brother of my sister's husband is 197cm. His son is 200cm or more. Son of my aunt, and my bro cousin is 196cm, my other cousin is 190cm, my other cousin is 188cm. In my old high school there were dudes 197cm, 196cm, 195cm, 193cm, 192cm, all taller than me. At the university here in capital city of Montenegro it got even crazier, i knew dudes that were 203cm, 205cm and 207cm tall. Even some dude that was 216cm i remember from those days, more than 20 years ago. Never felt so average while being 190cm in my life. 😂 There's Montenegrin basketball player Slavko Vraneš that is literally 228cm to 231cm tall. They couldn't tell cause he was still growing, and also Aleksandar Radojević 221cm. Both were drafted in the NBA. Played a little. But our best basketball players are around 210/213cm. Your regular 7 footers, like Nikola Vučević, Nikola Peković, etc.

If it gets taken care of the average height would shoot 2-3 inches minimum in the next 70-100 years. It already happened in Europe in the 20th century. It has already happened in the states of Haryana, Punjab, etc in India.

I'm from South America and I'm 5'9.5 Despite being above average overall,I think I'm slightly below it for my generation(I'm 20 yo) 5'10(178 cm) is the average male height for my generation,I'd say. I was born in the early 2000s 5'8(173 cm) is the average male height overall and 5'10(178 cm) is the average male height for my generation in my region, I'd say. I'm 5'9.5(176,5 cm)

I grew up in Germany. With my height of 182 cm or right 6 feet I'm really tall amongst older people, but younger people are mostly taller than me and so I'm only average. So in Latvia, where I'm only average.

In most economically stable countries, people's height is always increasing. I went back to my home town Dalian, China, the kids's height has grown alot in recent 10 years, most of them are well over 180cm.. Much taller than when i was in high school..

Are all Chinese people homogeneous? In China, the southern and northern regions are not genetically homogeneous. Most southern Chinese people have Southeast Asian traits. Of course, not all southern Chinese people have Southeast Asian genes, but there are many Chinese people with Southeast Asian traits. Skin color, speech tone, etc. Northern Chinese people are genetically mixed with some Manchurians and Mongols. So it is possible that some Manchurian and Mongol genes help Chinese people grow taller.

I saw a map of Mexico's individual states for average height with Chihuahua, Sonora and Sinaloa having an average height of 180 cm or 5'11". But many southern states in Mexico are below 170 cm 5'7" for average height so that brings Mexico's average height down.

Better food means taller people. Funfact is during ww2, french resistens prefer british pilots to save compare to americans, because americans were so tall. USA is dropping in height now, compare to China who get taller and taller. Says it all.

There are explanations for everything In Germany they calculate people of being citizens but not germans ethnic Thr real Germans are above 180cm in reality In USA a country of immigrants everybody is an American So after so many latinos immigrate there ,race shorter than others then the average dropped I believe that Italian men are little taller than video says and Turkish are shorter in reality Impressive that Greeks and Cypriots ,the same etnic group have such a huge difference Although i think that Greeks are taller than the video says
