Exactly, for anyone who missed or is still confused: Omen was one of the best agents or killers in that "company." He knew a lot of secret information and was a good choice to send to kill the scientist who was experimenting with radiant. Sadly, Omen (or whoever he was before) died on that mission. Viper, probably to save her own life, somehow used one of her "projects" (but we know that Viper in our timeline knows who Omen really is, but don't tell him). Later, this company found out that the new radiant Omen is actually their "lost" agent who became one of the "good guys" but lost his memories. But what if he remembers? Better to send a killer to kill him before he could remember, right? So, better send our another good agent... ISO. We all know that Iso didn't kill Omen, and in this cinematic, Iso says that he quit his job as a killer. That's what I remember and understand. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!

The way Omen delivers "PERSONALLY" had such big Megatron TF Prime vibes! i mean yeah that makes sense, omen's va IS the same as Megatron's xD

Omen was part of an organisation called hourglass (the boss of which is the guy who omen yeets off a building at the end). Their main objective, named shrouded step, was to hide radianite from the world and kill any persons who may reveal its secrets too early. Viper was one of these people experimenting with radianite, and as such omen was tasked with killing her. He however failed and got thrown into/locked in a radianite experimenting machine by viper and was essentially torn apart and became a radiant (superpowers basically) whilst losing all his memories. This is why the line "your greatest failure holds your leash" was said, because viper caused him to become omen. His boss, (the guy who tried killing him now) despises the radiants (as mentioned), which is why he wanted to kill omen (by sending ISO to do so initially).

Viper used to work with kingdom as a doctor/scientist and was trying to create a weapon. a humanoid weapon named "shrouded step" and omen back then was the test dummy. At the time of experiment everything went wrong and omen was ripped apart. but sage helped him and put his soul in an armour. He lost his memories and got it little little by talking to the other agents. There are a few voicelines of omen when he kills another omen like "How many times did i die? how many times did i get ripped apart?", "I'll kill that Omen, I'll take his memories. I will remember",

To clarify omen's identity, he was NOT Paul Delman. Paul Delman's email were seen within the kitchen in Icebox, and he is very much alive, and well.

After watching the Cinematic a few times, THIS is the conclusion I came up with: Viper didn't experiment on Omen; she tried to kill him in self-defense after Ghost (Omen's former name) failed to kill her under the ORGANIZATION's orders. Viper was tasked with keeping a closer eye on Omen after he survived, and lost his memories to the machine in her lab. Even though Omen blames her for what he is today, it's a fate that resulted from his attempt to take Viper's life.

He got a mission to kill a Scientist that is doing some experiment with Radianite, which is (Sabine Callas / Viper) but he failed, then Viper caught Omen, and make Omen one of her experiment that turn Omen into Shadows. And do you guys realize? that Omen ult " Shrouded Step " is actually a command that given to him before he become Omen that we all know now. Question : why does that guy that fall with Omen turn to dust or vanished? is he a Radiant too?

We previous knew dat viper in a way turned omen into who he was now n tried to get sage to help him but failed. This cinematic basically gives us the context for y dat happened. Omen tried to attack viper thus causing her to lock him within a sort of glass chamber to contain him. He tried to break out, which caused viper to turn on the machine he was put in to neutralize him, thus causing an accident n turning omen into who he was now. There is obviously more to dis n I cld explain further but u can just go to the original video n scroll down, a lot of people r explaining it in detail there.

I think Viper here was a spy, disguised as probably a scientist in the enemy's HQ and her mission was to free Omen. (Unleashing the real Omen)
