This song hit me hard. It's so easy for others to just say it be okay when you are struggling. Avi says, "there will be a time when it turn out right, but it ain't tonight, and that's all right." Avi gives validation to those feelings, instead of brushing them off. It's okay to be struggling/hurting, because there is hope for the future, there is a healing. I love this so much.

I love this song so much. The emotion of it keeps me coming back to it again and again. Yes, all voices are Avi. Definitely do Feel Alright next…it’s soooo different!!

I always enjoy your reactions to Avi’s music. And I agree with you that one of the things that make Avi special is that we never know what he gives us next, we just know that it will gorgeous. “Feel alright” is totally different but I know that you’ll enjoy his very low notes. Please also react to “Otherside” and “It knows me”.

I'm so glad you got to this lovely song. It takes something, I don't know what - confidence isn't quite the right word - to put out a simple song with nothing more than vocals and piano and to stand still against a plain background to sing it. But it makes everything else look and sound overdressed by comparison. It's a gift that Avi has, over and above his beautiful voice (and curly hair!) Although there are still lots of Avi's back catalogue waiting for you, please react to 'Feel Alright' next. It's a new direction for him and you're going to love his bass.

Carmen you are so right, that's what I admire about Avi is his ability to surprise us. I Love Avis's range too, his falsetto in this is just beautiful. He writes amazing Lyrics, because he's been through a lot of emotional stuff- his lyrics are so relatable. There is something so calming & peaceful about this song. Daniel Ellsworth is playing the piano & Yes of course Avi is doing all the vocals. Thanks for reacting, I knew you would absolutely Love this song. 👏❤️🎶

I'm so glad you reacted to "Healing" and I loved your reaction. Read the lyrics when you have the chance, they seem simple, but they have a very deep meaning. I loved the part in which you said that you always find something different with Avi's songs. And you really should go listen to" Feel Alright". Completely different from this one, but also wonderful. You'll enjoy his deep voice in that one. See you soon !!
