~ FAQ's regarding my collection ~
Q: When did I start collecting?
A: August 2012 (over 10 years ago)
Q: What scale do you collect?
A: Mainly 1/400 scale, but also a few 1/200 models.
Q: How much is your collection worth?
A: How much I have spent on my collection is a different question to how much it's worth as a lot of these models appreciate in value over time. I don't know how much I've spent exactly but the average price of a model is £40, so if I have 400 models in my collection, we can simply times 40 by 400 which is £16,000, equivalent to around $20,000 USD. The average price for a lot of these models now, is around £60 to £80, so if I were to sell them, it's likely that my entire collection is worth upwards of £28,000, equivalent to around $34,000 USD. However this could easily be higher or lower and is a very rough estimate.

Nice collection. True commitment. Got a few questions as I am interested in collecting these in the future. First question is, why do you have so many models of the same airplane? For example on 7:35 you have 6 United Airlines A319. Also, what do you plan on doing with all those models in the future? What was your practical purpose for collecting them? Just some questions I've been wondering about while watching the video. Also, I wonder how much money you've spent on buying those. These models are VERY expensive. I always been interested in collecting these, but I delayed to collecting because I didn't know where to start. I just need some advice. I would appreciate any advice from an experienced person like you.

Did you purchase those display cabinets or did you build them??? If you purchased them where did you get them and how much were they? Your collection is looking great. I’m newer to the hobby and still deciding if I want to focus on collecting 1:200 or 1:400.

Your fighter jets section caught soecially my attention. Very nice and representative assortment of fighters from 20th and 21st century. You mentioned you want some Harriers and I'd like for my collection too but have they actually been made or are in the process of being diecast in a not so distant future?.

You have many airplane models of scale 1/400 and 1/200. I have watched a few videos uploaded by you, it can be my personal opinion, you prefer to collect 1/400 models than 1/200 models.

Yes, 1/400 is easier to collect due to it's smaller size, but for small aircraft like fighter jets, 1/200 is the way to go!

Where did you get the Delta 757-200 without winglets? I have flown on that kind aircraft, N676DL, but I can't find a model without winglets, let alone a good Delta 757 model. It's great to see your collection, and you've inspired me to want to start collecting again!

420…c’est pas vrais. Incroyable! The lack of an SR 71 in your military cabinet was like a slap in the face with a wet leather glove. You need to fix that, STAT. It’s only coolest looking jet ever created. As far as color schemes…blue and red Icelandair 100 years of independence may be the most handsome livery. Not sure about those yellow engines, though. The blue Japan C130 is also a really neat color scheme…as is the blue La Compagnie design. Cheers also to Ethiad for their classy paint job (no penny pinching Euro-white crap on those birds!). Worst liveries hands down: garish Southwest state flag liveries (even worse than BA’s custom tail paint jobs). Most unique design goes to Condor…Ballsy! Keep up the great work… I love it.

Yeah…a neat factoid that I read about the SR-71 was that the procedure for dealing with incoming rockets (that would be traveling at more than twice the speed of sound and much faster than a rifle bullet) was simply to speed up and outpace them.
