there was a girl I really loved, she was like a sister to me, she loved all the Avicii's songs and we spend hours singing all of them while playing online. But she had a lot of problems, she had severe depression, i watch her fade away day with day because of that. she took her life on December 6, 2015. Now, 4 years later, on the same day, I see this, this tribute concert. I dont believe in anything, but this is a huge coincidence. Tim and Paola, I hope you have found the peace you deserve, i will never forget you, and I miss you so much...

I remember when KZfaq comments back , more than just a calendar as it is today. Today is the day we all remember the greatest DJ, Producer, song writer and storyteller I've ever witnessed. I can say I am lucky enough to have know him and listen to his music everyday. His music changed my life forever, and so many of us. I keep saying to myself that he's still around through his music because Avicii was inevitable, he is eternal. Avicii is more than just a person, more a soul. I miss him everyday!

This shows Tim was so much more than just an ordinary DJ. He was an artist, the air was his canvas and the notes were his colours. A true musical genius.

My parents told me about Michael Jackson, ABBA or the Beatles. I will tell my kids about AVICII. Legends never die ◢ ◤ Rest in Peace Tim.

I was in the High School in computer class when some classmate said: "Avicii has died", and I don't believe him at the first time, later I searched in Google and I can't believe it, that was true, I don't want to believe it. You see, I always love his music, and I always wanted to go to one of his concerts, meet him or at least, see him in real life. This concert in my opinion needs to be awarded. THE VIBE , THE MUSIC , THE ORCHESTRA , THE SINGERS .THE CONCERT IS SO SO FREAKING WELL ORGANISED. I got second date with my girl in 2012 when I said Avicii is the best and she was supprised that I know his music, yesterday after almost 8 years together we were crying together. Thank you Avicii for all the beautiful moments, your music makes me feel young again.

I took the liberty of translating Klas Bergling's (Tim's father) speech that was held before the concert started: Thank you, dear audience, for your fantastic support at Friend's Arena tonight and that you create such a positive energy, love and warmth that will be unforgettable even for people who see the concert on TV and on social media from around the world. We have many millions of viewers outside of this arena. Thank you to all the DJs that initiated this concert and the singers that you will soon hear. They have all refrained from receiving any reward, in the memory of Tim and for the Tim Bergling foundation. A big thanks to Stefan Olsson that has created the events for the concert, Carl Falk that has been involved in the production and to the fantastic orchestra that you will hear tonight. And we can not forget all of the producers that have created the songs that you will hear together with Tim. Several of them are here tonight. And lastly a thanks to the team that is responsible for this enormous production. They have been the backbone in the production of Tim's tours and arena gigs. They have all worked hard withe the goal of making this evening a musical celebration of Tim and his music. Wonderful! Together, you have all made this celebration possible and realised Tim's dream of having his music played live with an orchestra. Tim Bergling foundation stands as the organiser for this event that supports preventative actions against mental health disorders and suicides among youth and young adults. I think we understand eachother very well in here, actually. We started among others, a three year partnership with Mind, an organisation with the goal that people (in the time of need) will be able to call their free and anonymous helpline 24/7. We know through research that a compassionate conversation can help during hard times. We also hope that our work will make it easier and more natural to ask for help in time and to be able to talk to friends and family when problems occur instead of having to carry them all by yourself. The fifth of December will be the official day that we take notice of the foundations work and Tim's memory. We miss Tim, but he is with us tonight through his music. A huge thanks to everyone that came here tonight, we believe it is a record also regarding the amount of attendees here tonight.

Tim you made young people vibrate, but not only. The degree of your compositions and the depth of your words were worthy of a great master. You wanted it that way, but we miss you, we regret you, we will never forget you! Rest in Peace where the music is eternally beautiful!

I was in the audience and watched it IRL. The best concert I've ever attended! The arena was sold out 100% and the whole performance were so emotional I couldn't help crying again and again... I miss him.

I use to play this all the time during class whenever I was doing work, I make sure to come back every year to rewatch this, truly magical; from Sandro’s voice in the beginning till the end with the Levels. It’s been a crazy year, healing from a lot of troubles, haven’t watched it since March but it always is evocative. The impact Avicii had in my life was drastic, his music carried me through my darkest times. Even though my music taste has changed and EDM isn’t a genre I listen that much too, I make sure to watch this as it inspires many emotions. May you rest in peace, Tim Bergling, thank you for helping us through some of our lowest points ❤️
