From $37K to $45K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I thinks it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.

Wow! Really nice home! Change out the fireplace for a wood stove with oven, decrease the width of the master closet on the kit he side to put in a pantry and change the roof to a single roof draining snow melt to the sides of the home and add a bid rear deck under roof and it would be perfect!

A two way fireplace for both the living and dining area would be nice. I see no need for the “swimming pool” in the second bathroom. A bigger shower would be better in my opinion. Never want an exterior door in any bedroom I have. Seems a safety issue to me. Smaller windows in a bedroom would be better for sleeping.

I don’t prefer that there is no window in the kitchen/ dining area. It seems very removed from the outside.

Although there's a small cabinet near the entry for coats, there's no place to sit and remove footwear. The open woodburning fireplace is a pretty decoration, but using it is hugely wasteful. The kitchen has tall cabinets that could serve a pantry function, and there's a mystery closet off the big laundry room that could also be a pantry. Is it? Stackables are helpful when space is tight, but this laundry room has ample room for side-by-side and for more counter instead of a bench. The closets for the master and one of the other bedrooms are huge! Who has that amount of clothing? And how often would someone use that enormous tub in the secondary bath? I don't have that many friends that I would bathe with. It's a nice house, but it has some shortcomings.

I really like it, but it seems the master bedroom is the smallest bedroom. The chair is so close to the foot of the bed. The other two bedrooms appear to be bigger. Also, I'm not a fan of the stackable washer / dryer. Yes it saves space, BUT you have to pay double foe service call!!! Also to simply clean out the duct work, you have to have help lifting the dryer off.

Maybe one of the newer combo Washer dryer units would be better. I didn't know that about the double service charge with stackables!
