Please don't let the negative comments and opinions bother you. This house design is very beautiful!! As with any design, a person could make whatever changes they want to "fit" their individual style. It is all customizable, I'm sure. Yes, the interior is dark...BUT it is meant to be that way for the rustic modern cabin feel. In this case, I think it makes the home more cozy and comfortable. I really like it. Awesome design!!! Thumbs up!!

Absolutely gorgeous! Alot of thought went into the interior architectural design as well as the decorating. I think this one hits the mark as being the most beautiful home i have ever seen❤❤❤❤❤

I like the combination of wood with stone. However, a laundry room on the 2nd floor, no way. I would have put that under the stairs. Also, you never want patio doors as your main entrance. I would have made that into those prairie doors with glass on the sides. Would have been very pretty.

Love this home! If there was a large downstairs bedroom, I’ll be tickled pink! Bringing furniture up those stairs would be extremely challenging too with that big turn. 😢

From the outside, this house is a charmer! The commercial-type double doors are a poor choice for entry, and there's a huge, virtually-unused area between the living and dining spaces. Some rearrangement in the kitchen could provide a much-needed large island workspace and a separate dining table. There is also wasted space beside the stairs, which might make a laundry room if you preferred it to be downstairs. The upstairs seems to have a lot of square footage used for hallway. Overall, I would rethink the way valuable space is not fully utilized in this plan.

Dieses Haus ist im Grundriss recht grosszügig. Das gesamte Intérieur ist jedoch zu dunkel und lässt die Räume düster erscheinen. In Bad und WC fehlen Fenster. Ich brauche Licht und Liebe, nicht Finsternis 😉 Im oberen Stockwerk wären zusätzlich Dachfenster ideal.

Love this house, but I would put the stairs and the bathroom on the opposite side of the room to open up that kitchen to the living room and to give better access to the back door. Now with the bathroom on the other side, I would attach a bedroom to that with a pocket door and make the kitchen smaller. Also that wood stove is taking up a whole wall, instead I would tuck it in a corner up against the back front of the stairs and of course install a firewall between them. Doesn't matter to me if the laundry room is upstairs or down as long as there is a laundry shoot with a rope and a basket to get clothes up or down to where I need them. Other than that It would be perfect !!

Eine sehr schöne Küche ❤ Obere Etage wunderbar aber im Wohnzimmer würde ich mich verlaufen. Lieber das Bad etwas größer und vielleicht mit Bidet. Unter der Treppe ist Stauraum. Der sollte nicht ungenutzt bleiben. Schönes Haus ❤
