First time with a hair dye? Thanks to herbatint you have nothing to fear! The gel texture will make the application simple and fast. I think that colour looks good on you. I'd also love to make my hair a bit lighter but how many shades can I go lighter just by using this dye? What works with no problems is 3N but my normal shade is 5N I think, so I'm pretty brown. Thanks!

Does it cover the highlights? Or just lighten them as well?

Can we use any regular shampoo to wash it off?

Dear Mariam, thank you for your question. It will be preferable if you can use the normalizing shampoo > www.avogel.ca/en/hair-care/normalizing-shampoo.php, but you can also use a shampoo for colored hair. Have a great day!
