credit cards wale are the worst trust me. we bought a washing machine for 70000 rs on alfala card and one of their employee's called saying they have a scheme going on in which we save money but instead of saving money we paid the bank 7 lac rs for that one purchase on the card. never get a credit card unless needed and for sure do not accept and schemes even if they are being recorded

6 things Pakistanis need to consider 1. avoid the trap of degree in case you are not being a doctor/lawyer 2. Making marriage cheap events and get rid of log kia kahengay 3. stop buying stuff you can't afford or at the very least you don't need at all. avoid the rat race. 4. stop taking shitty loans from credit cards and stop fooling yourself onto thinking you'll pay it off. 5. stop shopping for no reason. get a goal that keeps you busy so that you don't indulge in such frivolous activities in boredom. 6. start investing and buy a house within your 20's.

Owning a house to live in is a liability not an asset. If you tell a concept tell it properly. If you invest 1 cror on a house to live in, it will be liability for you, even after 10 years it will be 5 cror, but you cannot sell that property, because you are use to that liability, 5 cror ka sell kr k ap phr wapis kisi door city se ja skty. Try to invest in plots and resell those when you get profit and earn money with shorterm 1,2 year investments, dont make it liability like a house to maintian and dont make it ur luxury
