She’s not just dropping some articles unintentionally, she’s making so many grammatical mistakes which I believe there is no excuse for them! This is the problem with our world, incompetent people have more audience and followers! Keep it up, one can learn a lot from other people’s mistakes!

I think if a person is not teaching, it's completely acceptable to make mistakes while speaking. But when it comes to teaching the teacher cannot make any mistake or immediately correct them. (I'm a beginner level ESL student, and the comment may have grammatical errors)

Don’t be afraid of making mistakes. Especially since the mistakes in the video are not that serious. They’re correcting Marina because she considers herself an English teacher while not knowing the grammar well. Just speak and keep watching all sorts of media in English and you’ll see your English level improve. It won’t serve anything if you just don’t say a word :)

She speaks fluent English. She makes grammatical mistakes sometimes though. That's completely okay if she uses English for communication. However, she should enhance her grammar to teach correct English to those who work with her.

I wouldn't write her off easily. Never taken classes from her but there are tons of people who can be ok with it just to practise their speaking with a fluent English speaker native or not, where she would make a valid choice. I dont know if she claims to be a teacher of the language but if that's the case, she just had better state in her profile that she is there to help with fluency but not teach and switch to the context of "a helper with your speaking skill", or a "conversation mate". She would definitely come in handy with her fluency.
