UPSC Civil Services Exam is one of the most prestigious exams in the country. It has three parts, the Prelims exam, the Main exam and the Personality test, which you need to clear in order to become an IAS or IPS officer. All other Group A services of the Government of India recruit people through the UPSC Civil services exam itself and because of this, there is a lot of competition in this exam. Hence, your UPSC preparation should be strategic, informed and well planned.
Your UPSC preparation should not be based on blind adherence to any program. Rather you should give a thought about how your are preparing. The best way to go forward is to study the blogs and tips given by previous year toppers about how to go about UPSC CSE for all three stages of UPSC Prelims, UPSC Mains and the Personality test also known as the UPSC Interview, and then make your UPSC preparation strategy accordingly.
Doing static subjects like polity, economy, environment, geography and history for your UPSC preparation is a solid bet to increase your chances of clearing this exam. But this must all be supplemented by current affairs for best effect.

Making notes for both static + dynamic topics on ipad in handwritten form ( onenote ) . Later, On completion of topic can take print out . As i felt making notes on ipad is very easy for me bt reading from it face difficulty

Do suggest a way out: I have handwritten notes for static topics from online lectures, I am trying to fill gaps from Static books now, but there's always not much space. Currently, I am noting extra material in a separate notebook or digitally, if I am unable to scribble it in the original notebook, and plan to consolidate these segments in the original notebook later as loose sheets. The possible con is note hi udd gaya. I don't see any alternative. If there is, do suggest.

@@GauthamKrishnan99 first things first. As for my credentials. I am an ex NDA . But had to leave due to an injury. I sat for CSE thrice and cleared all 3 prelims but gave mains twice and interview once. Now am in the IAF. Coming to the first part of your question. I had a IPad 9th gen along with a 1st gen ipencil. However if you can stretch your budget, go for an IPad Air M1 model along with the 1st gen ipencil. It will last for at least 7 years. As for the App, apple notes is amazing. And it’s absolutely free so you don’t need to buy anything.
