I got the big 18v one and love it

who needs to inflate a car tire from 0 psi to 32? The only time that happens is if you have a PUNCTURE and it needs to be patched up anyways. This looks like it's great for top-offs of car tires as it says on the package....like adding an extra PSI or two to the tire during the winter months.

I’d definitely recommend the ryobi 18v one. I use it for pool rafts. Tire top offs ,trailer tires wheel barrow. Sports equipment. Works great. If you have the 18v battery it’s $49 right now.

Agree, the black and decker matrix had an attachment for topping off tires and small stuff at that same size as the ryobi 4volt inflator. Only for small stuff. I also saw it at the store, knew it right away it's not for cars. Ain't got all day to inflate car tires.

I wonder how much better it would do with the 3ah battery vs 2ah battery. Might be a good thing to keep on my ebike.

It does take a while to air up, best for top off, smaller tires, carry extra battery or a bigger air compressor you can use from with cigarette adapter.

Would you recommend it for adjusting 2lbs on a motorcycle tire? I check my air often, so only minor adjustments.

you cant expect much from something that tiny. space is a huge factor when trying to get performance out of an air compressor. that thing is so tiny. when i saw that it had storage and a light i knew it would suck. that compressor needed 100 percent of that tool space to have a chance. the 18 volt hand held is better but still wouldn't use for full flat tires. they are great for the keeping your tire at the psi it needs to be and adding 5 to 10 when needed

How much did it inflate up to though? It's hard to tell since the car is jacked up.

I also purchased one and will be taking it back. Battery isn't good and it takes forever to pump up anything...

Mind aswell walk home, made for bikes, balls, and balloons.

Seems like this might be a good option for a bicycle where storage is limited

My car has 9.5 inch x 19 tyres on the rear I took the valve out and completely deflated the tyre. I inflated the tyre back up to 35 psi with my 4v Ryobi and still had power left. I WILL NOT be returning mine.

This is an absolute piece of 5h!t. It cannot inflate a 700c x 28 tyre. A cheap chinese inflator works better on my TT bike. I've been inflating tyres for years and definitely NOT going away from manual pumps. This was a HUGE waste of money.

Not too bright are you? You mentioned motorcycle tires and YET tested it on a car tire. Most cars have spare tires. Those that don’t usually have their own dedicated air pump or a can of tire sealant. Even then, filling the car to just 20psi would be more than sufficient to then drive to a service station. It would have been very informative to see a test as to whether it could handle a roadside repair of a motorcycle flat.
