I am from Bulgaria, and in every city we have market like this, in Sofia its probably the biggest but damn everything there is 100% NATURAL why we should avoid it??

Kurt doesn't handle hot spice well. So Maybe its a warning to people who also don't like free taste tests for hot spicy peppers. Also I’m Irish Bulgarian. In Bulgaria a lot of ppl were study to become doctor or nurses they move to Germany as they get higher pay.

Probably half of the people in that market are of roma/turkish origin and have spent at least a few years in Germany.
