Avon produced a gorgeous perfume in 1974. It was called “Timeless”.

I remember being a little girl and going through my grandma’s jewelry box. It was full of Avon. I have her 1979 "Earthstone" carnelian ring. (Which was my favorite). I always get so many compliments on it. ❤

Very nice video. I enjoy hearing about the history of brands. I used to buy Avon jewelry when I was younger because the styles were great and the price was reasonable.

I just happened onto your videos while surfing. So happy I found this video, my mon used to order a lot of Avon in the late 70's and the 80's, found memories. I received a lot of Avon pieces as a child but didn't take care of them, kicking myself now, lol 💜💜💜

@@AliBorealis I will be having my Avon sale tomorrow at 5 PM central time and I don’t know what to sell things on. It will be on my KZfaq channel here so I’m assuming $5.00 to $10 is good to start you think that’s OK pricing?

Yes, $5 is a reasonable opening for Avon, unless it's something designer like KJL (Kenneth Lane) for Avon, or some of the Elizabeth Taylor jewelry pieces. Those can go for quite a bit! Elizabeth Taylor for Avon can go into the hundreds per piece! Google or check ebay to see her collection. Wish you all the best on your auction!! I'll going to subscribe to your channel as well. 💕

Really enjoyed this video. I recently moved and have been sorting through all my old jewelry. I have so much Avon from the 70's and probably 80's and 90's as well. I have the purple necklace that goes with the "Heather & Mist" set. I also have earrings I think went with it - they are a frosted plastic flower on a center post, interchangable in the purple and frosted white. You have inspired me to go on a hunt so I can identify just what I have. You sure put a lot of research and hard work into this video.

I used Google image search on some of the ones that weren't in the book. I find the Avon jewerly brings back so many great memoirs of a bygone era. 💗

@@AliBorealis I don't know what book you used as reference, there are several, can you tell me? Thanks to you I have just spent hours and hours on Etsy looking at Avon jewelry - I have at least 70 pieces identified as Avon. That doesn't include a box full of what I know is Avon or what my mother had. None of mine is purchased from a 2nd source. Its all either mine, my cousins or my mothers - lord help me I am drowning in Avon!
