Dun sa stairs lang sumablay si architect. Bukod sa makitid, matarik ay wala pang railings. Napaka delikado (for all ages lalo na sa seniors). Imagine-nin mo, designed for staycation yang house na yan. Malamang may mga iinom dyan, tapos kapag matutulog na ay paakyatin mo un mga nakainom or lasing paakyat sa bedroom sa ganung klaseng hagdanan?

parang bagong gising ah, grabe nang sama ng hagdan delikado sa bata at matatanda at kababaihan safety hazard sya, buti pumasa yan sa building code lol. So kung 3M lang ito at 150 sq floor area lumalabas 20k per sq which is malabo sa reality sa preyohan ng materiales ngayon.

I like the house! Good design! The only thing i don’t like are the stairs without rails and you have to go through a bed room to reach the second room. Nice house but a couple of essentials are missing.

everything is beautifully designed except for the stairs... it's narrow..., but the concept and design with the 110 sq.m. is amazing...

those stairs is anti-kids, anti-senior, anti-pwd, anti-drunk, anti-clumsy which is very common when people are on vacation, esp with a pool. steps too high and narrow. not to mention not having a railing. nice aesthetic overall but poor planning, IMO.

The house is fabulous. However, you should have installed an accordion shut-off wall on the bedrooms for privacy purpose as an option if anyone is interested to do similar

The staircase is very dangerous to everybody. Very steep and no railings. There’s no closet and bathroom upstairs. With the design like that how would you be able to use the bathroom at night especially with the stairs like that, you would most likely to have an accident.

This would suit many ex-pats. Not too big and has a pool and privacy. It has the rental potential or live in it yourself. I take that the price is for a basic package and then you must add on all the extras you might want. I would add another million to cover fees and upgrades but still very affordable.

Great presentation....very nice. Great build! The only thing I did not like is the stairs ...a hand rail or glass panel just to block people from falling to the side. Liked and subscribed.

I love it. It's almost perfect except the narrow staircase. How do you bring those King size beds up?? The stairs are too small. There is no space to install handles for old people.

Yes the stairs are a problem and the size in the living room area being from the USA 🇺🇸 we need a bigger area to hangout. I do like the style and the build looks great I guess if you add another $25k you can get the right size

I don't like massive houses, I hate too much space because I want my family to bond easily and this design is what I'm looking for. just a little privacy in that 1 bedroom and it's good to go. Less space to clean and just simply amazing!

MISLEADING. MISINFORMATION. You can't build this for only 3M. Swimming pool pa lang a third or quarter of the budget na. You have big number of followers. Dont mislead. Maybe pre pandemic pwede pa.

Lack of closet space is a big no no for me….and those stairs do not look safe. Lacking banister, railing and risers are too high. No privacy at all between the bedrooms. However, the build price seems very reasonable.

I dont like the open bedroom, no privacy at all, but since its a vacation home so its acceptable. If i were to build it as my own home ill put a wall and door for pricacy, the other bedroom could be converted into an office. Not bad for 3 million!

Stairs so narrow and no railing, it’s not safe, plus they only have 1 washroom. If this house intended for staycation they suppose to have at least 2 full washroom.

Oh no the staircase are not feasible quite dangerous specially if you have kids renting, this is not viable for me, as if they missed out to look the space for stais.

Why do the powder room have shower? Standard powder room don’t have shower. Why ship ladder instead of regular stair, stair/tread non code compliance and without handrail. FYI, Sconce lighting are mounted on walls not ceiling.

First, thanks for doing this video. Is this a converted shipping container house? I have some questions for you. I like this video - wife and I are building a house on the island of Bohol. Is there only one bathroom in this unit? The stairs to the 2nd floor look like a killer -- very steep, small steps and no safety railing on the kitchen side of the stairs. I noticed the video ended when you tried to go up the stairs... how come? The bedrooms on the 2nd floor -- where is the PRIVACY for changing, making love, etc., IF it's an open view (no wall) to the kitchen area, etc.? And, how many people are going to be in each room -- most rooms in a house only have one queen bed -- why two queen beds in one room, and why no walls for privacy? Why no bathroom upstairs? Finally, why wasn't the lot brought out further to the road on the pool side -- it would make this place look so much nicer and not near as cramped.

Absolutely dangerous stairs! Many seniors would struggle with those step- heights even IF there was a proper handrail. I would take that into account during negotiations because they would have to be rebuilt (3-4 additional steps needed to reduce height of each step, proper railing on the outside edge of stairway). I would never rent such a place for fear of someone falling off those stairs.

Maybe I missed where this is located, but this is actually a really nice house for $90,000. Anyone coming from USA, Australia, Europe would be paying 2-x to 5-x the amount for the same new modern development. Yes, the pool is tiny, and the lot is tiny, and the house isn't 3-4 bedrooms. But it does NOT look cheap. And it does not look small. If you're a couple with a child, this would be luxury living in London, Paris, New York City, or Los Angeles - and all for $90,000?!

I'm a monochromatic guy.just loves black and white with a touch of gray or dark gray.The bathroom is awesome but it seems the space is not enough.The house is great totally.Two things that I noticed from the balcony.Kelangan yata i-reinforced with some round aluminum railings for safety.Second,it's pretty tight where it can only fit few persons.It's a perfect spot for you to relax while enjoying your cuppacoffee.The stair from that kitchen is pretty steep if you ask me.I don't know if some elders can hop on the first step.Great video Ms.Grace.first time to visit your channel.

The presentation is good but the house it self is not advisable for family staycation . Honestly it's only good for bachelor's, but not so drunk. Because the stairway, poolside , and terraces in the 1st floor those are not so friendly as well. ✌

3M is a wow! If all in this house is included, furnishing, appliance, solar, pool, etc. Pre fab house or house container maybe? That is why this is at low price...?

The real estate agent did a wonderful job of presenting this property. I did not like the open-plan sleeping space. If you're all in the same room as a parent this would be awful 24-7 living. No, I need my bedroom to be a sanctuary away from others' privacy is what I like. All of this can be changed. Am I to understand that the budget for the house is three million BHT and you would rent for 150,000 per month. I don't know anyone who pays such an amount for rent. 50,000 BHT could get you a luxury villa pool and six bedrooms. Housekeeper, pool-person and gardener & handyman and get change. Either I have misunderstood something but if are working my numbers pick me up off the floor.

110= is only 1,184 sqft and the floor area is 150=1,614 sqft. I don't know if I can consider this.. For my big family.
