Sobrang ganda ng bahay. Sulit na sulit na yan sa price nya. No question or debate, this house is stunning..! Question na lng is yung location kung ok ba. It seems andaming binebenta na bahay dyan na looks like from the same builder or developer. Again, sobrang ganda ng bahay na to.

I like houses that have a large living room, and this house is one of them that has a fairly large living room, very nice bedrooms, especially the junior master bedroom, which is very, very comfortable ♥️

based on your description his house has a expansive backyard but you forgot to show the outdoor areas:carport, auxillary kitchen, backyard, and side of the house. it feels like you're in a hurry 😅. anyways, it's a good house. i like the layout and design. This house is in Grand Centennial Kawit, Cavite

if you saw the aerial drone footage there's no expansive back/side-yard 1:42 prolly they are in a hurry, limited time given by the home owner

I was wondering the same. considering how the junior master suite has a walk in closet towards the toilet and bath but the 'master' doesn't have any but just a built in cabinetry.

Such an amazing and wonderful family ! You're almost complete now that Mama is around except your doctor brother who is in France practicing his profession. Hope he will join the family pretty soon. Honestly , ive watched all your videos since Baba arrives more than twice. He is the life of every vlog you posted. A natural comic, very funny and adorable old man ! Mama laughs a lot too . I watched it twice kasi gandang ganda ako sa house but i think your presentation is not complete, deretso agad sa loob ng bahay, i expect you to show the carport, garden, staff quarter and service area, importante din kasi yun, the buyers are interested with those u think its less important part of the property, i think yung sinasabi mong jr. master suite ay yun talaga ang master bedroom, try to compare it na lang, yung jr. m/s ay may double sink at heated with jets ang bathtub.
