That's expensive for the US, $700k tops in a nicer neighborhood. This can't be what's happening in the Philippines, these have to be showcase outliers. Nobody would be able to afford to live in these homes. By the looks of that neighborhood, this should be a P20M home at best.

Ridiculous price! 1 million USD house sa Muntinlupa. Hindi akma ang presyo sa sweldo ng normal Filipino. This is obviously catered towards OFWs, Filipinos based abroad or very rich local Filipinos.

The way she presents really distracts me. A lot of unnecessary commentaries, grammar lapses, and too many adjectives for a self-explanatory segment. Energy is okay but unnatural. Hope she improves.
